The Challenge

What issue, challenge, or pain point did you want addressed? 

When I first became a Certified Online Business Manager (OBM) in October 2021, I conducted market research to know what my ideal client’s preferred systems were to run their business. ClickUp was the primary response. 

I’m an Asana Services Partner, and until this point, I had refused to entertain any other system; however, with the results of this research, I felt like I owed it to myself and clients to explore what ClickUp had to offer. 

I liked what I saw…a lot. 

So much so that within a month, I decided to invest in learning ClickUp and having it become the new project management system for my business.

What were your expected outcomes from working with me to solve your stated problem?

I’m a huge fan of learning from others to fast-track your growth and development. 

Sure, I’m fully capable of learning ClickUp on my own; however, I knew that Jena would provide me the insights and experience to quickly put it into practice while going through LevelUp With ClickUp. 

I’m glad I did because my business grew fast – on the client side and building out my team. ClickUp made that growth manageable.

I was not always able to make the LevelUp With ClickUp trainings live; however, even if I did attend live, I always watched the replays. It allowed me to press pause and implement the processes she was walking us through.

Yes, it did! Jena’s solution not only solved my problem, but it also accomplished all of the objectives I had set out for myself.

I started LevelUp With ClickUp with 2 clients and was a solo entrepreneur. By the time I finished LevelUp With ClickUp, we had 5 team members and 8 clients. This program and implementing what I learned made all of that happen.
